What is the purpose?
- Provide an overview to participants about key legislative priorities for the year.
- Provide participants tools to enhance their advocacy skills.
- Interact with our legislative co-chair and committee members, as well as our lobbyists for the NAFP.
- Have lunch with your state senator.
Schedule:
- 10:30 am - 11:30 am - NAFP Advocacy Briefing for the 2025 priority bills to address with your state Senator
- 11:30 am - 12:00 pm - Walk over to the state capitol for lunch with your state Senator (Optional)
- 12:00 pm - 12:30 pm - Eat lunch and talk to your state Senator about NAFP priority bills
